Raising awareness on ordinary sexism

We wanted to anchor the subject of sexism in the daily lives of our teams, starting with the members of the Executive Board. So we had to find a format that was both interactive and to the point in order to keep to a tight schedule.

The trainers are of a very high standard and the feedback from participants is very positive.

There are very few top-down exchanges, and the content is interactive to allow exchanges between the participants and the trainer, as well as interaction between the participants themselves.

We saw the impact immediately, as the feedback was very positive and gave rise to debate. In fact, the session lasted 2h30 instead of 1h30, demonstrating the strong interest of the Codir and the clear need to explore the subject further.
