Qualitative and quantitative analysis of gender equality

Context:
Our client is looking to carry out a 360° assessment of gender equality within its ranks as part of its application for the AFNOR “Workplace Gender Equality” certification.
Objectives and recommendations of EQUILIBRES:
Provide an overview of the professional situation of women and men within the organisation
Gather both objective data on employees’ careers along with data on perceptions of equality
Identify the organisation's strengths and areas of improvement in terms of workplace gender equality
Proposed plan:
Our consulting and advisory services took place over the course of a year, broken down in three main phases:
1/ Analysing the figures: documentary and statistical analysis of the company’s HR data (pay, conditions of employment, etc.).
2/ Analysing management culture and practices / Analysing perceptions
- Organisation and analysis of 40 qualitative interviews
- Conception and distribution of a questionnaire on perceptions of gender equality to all employees
- Drafting of a report, scorecards and actionable recommendations
- Drafting of the gender equality action plan
3/ A debriefing and feedback phase for various audiences (Presidency, Directorates, General Secretariat, HR, trade union representatives, employees…).
We also supported this client in communicating the results of the diagnosis over the course of the project.
